Bloggers beware!

I recently changed my blog address, as I have a new site for my books. A company snagged up wordsbystelladeleuze, including all my previous posts, to sell their life insurance. They're clearly infringing copyright.

I've worked hard on that blog, to get my following and I was of the opinion, that all my followers will be transferred to the new blog address, I'm a bit of a tech failure when it comes to these things. Thought my last post is on that blog, too, but minus the comments. My friend, though, told me he didn't receive that last post. Not a happy camper here.

So if you're following my old blog and suddenly get weird posts, I mean weirder than my usual posts, it's not me. wordsbystelladeleuze.co.uk, is not my blog. When they continue to post that shite, they'll lose all followers anyway, but what's worse, is that they damage my reputation, because people will think I've now lost it completely. I haven't. Not yet, at least. :-)

Just thought I'd let you know.

  1. Ah - that explains the bizarre post I looked at yesterday which looked like it had been Google translated back and forth a few times. I left a suitable comment on how 'clear' it was.

    1. Yep. Sorry, John. I was convinced that all my followers would come with me, which, of course, logically doesn't make sense. Silly me. Guess they won't be successful with those tactics.

But it angers me that they use my good name for their shite.

    1. Not nasty? Young man, what did you have to drink? LOL

Yes, they must have phished my old e-mail address and snagged the blog address. I even tried to secure stelladeleuzerants now, but it's gone. I've deleted the blog altogether and with it the whole account. I wouldn't be surprised to have another scam post. Unbelievable, and nothing one can do as those scam artists are smart enough to not post an address or number.
